			A DURABLE, NEAT and EXCELLENT FINISH FOR ANY MATWELL.
			BIRRUS STANDARD MATWELL FRAMES WITH "CLIP-IN" CORNER BRACKETS ARE SUPPLIED IN KIT FORM. Simply 'snap' the sides into the polypropylene corner pieces and place the assembled frame in position so that upper edge of frame is flush with finished floor level.
			Screed base of matwell up to inside frame ledge LEVEL to support the mat, then screed around the frame to fix in position. N.B. corner brackets add 4mm to depth and 8mm to overall width of frame. Matwell frames are usually delivered in a compact parcel and are easily assembled. No site welding or other operations are required.
				DEPTH: Fabricated from 12, 20 or 25mm angle giving an inside depth of 10mm, 16mm or 22mm, to suit Birrus matting. 32, 38 and 50mm angle frames are available for other types of mats. OPTION: Fully welded frames. MATERIALS: Solid brass or aluminium alloy angle. Every frame made individually to size. Rust and corrosion proof. Precision mitred corners. Available with fishtail lugs if required.
			DIMINISHING STRIP FOR SURFACE MOUNTED INSTALLATIONS Extruded aluminium sections with an attractive tapered ribbon profile for use where recessed matwells are not practical. Diminishing strips may be fixed to any or all sides, and can be countersunk drilled on request. Size: 63mm wide to suit 16 and 22mm deep matting. 50mm wide to suit 10mm deep matting.
