High Grade Pure Indian
Coir Yarn in firmly anchored into a strong 3 - 4mm damp proof and non
slip PVC base by a special moulding process.
Any desired size, curved or straight can be cut to order, leaving a
completely clean and secure edge that will not fray.
The PVC backing allows for completely accurate cutting of your Coir mat
to the desired size and eliminates the potential public hazard caused by
ill-fitting mats. Allow 2-3mm clearance all round, if placing into a
recess.
PVC Backed Coir Matting is ideal for installation into a Matwell Recess.
If fixing is required, use Mariner 555 adhesive with a 3.2mm notched
trowel, on base and perimeter.

Natural Coir colour - various depths (see below),
Chocolate, Black, Brown and
Steel Grey
Note: Direct contact with excessive moisture or constant sunlight may
cause shrinkage or expansion. Allow sufficient clearance when placing
into a recess.
BIRRUS MATWELL FRAMES are fabricated using aluminium alloy or solid
brass angle for compatibility with our mats. Fully welded or loose,
mitred and drilled.
Stock sizes: 16mm, 19mm,
23mm, 30mm depth mats.
18mm only for dyed coir
Matwell Frame sizes: 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm depth.
Cut to size to suit recessed or free standing applications.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS.
Vacuum regularly to remove captured dirt and grit, or alternatively,
lift and shake out the dust, grit and loose fibres.
