PVC BACKED COIR MATTING

High Grade Pure Indian Coir Yarn in firmly anchored into a strong 3mm damp proof and non slip PVC base by a special moulding process, making it ideal for indoor and sheltered oudoor use. The backing allows for accurate cutting of your Coir mat to the desired size.

Any size, curved or straight can be custom cut to order, leaving a clean and secure edge that will not fray. Allow 2-3mm clearance all round, if placing into a recess.

COLOURS:
Natural Coir - 15mm, 19mm, 23mm, 30mm depths.

Dyed Coir - Black only in 15mm or 17mm depths.

Dyed coir will fade over time especially facing constant sunlight.
**See note below.

MATWELL FRAMES:
Fabricated using aluminium alloy angles for compatibility with our mats. Fully welded or loose, mitred and drilled.

Setdowns: 16, 20, 25 and 32mm depths.

Solid brass and stainless steel angles are also available, in limited depths.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
Vacuum clean weekly, or daily in high traffic areas. NEVER steam clean or use water extraction methods. Direct contact with excessive moisture may cause shrinkage or expansion.

**NOTE: Coir floor coverings are not produced in robotic factories. They are the products of agriculture, using natural dyes. Minor irregularities in weave are inherent to these products - they do not affect wear. They are not flaws. Variations in colour are also common - from roll to roll, from sample to roll and even within roll.

All natural products, whether they be wool, leather, timber or any of our natural fibre floor coverings, will be affected in some way by the Australian sun. There is no hard and fast rule - the amount of sun and its intensity are the most obvious factors to consider.

Colours may fade, natural fibres may darken and in extreme cases, under very harsh conditions, ultra violet rot may occur.

This product is not suitable for areas fully exposed to the elements.
